Office Manager Needed in Raleigh

Office Manager for Outdoor Improvement Store in Raleigh, NC

Custom Backyard Spaces is a newly opened hot tub, swim spa, sauna and swimming pool dealer in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for an Office Manager to handle day-to-day business activities and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be a “people-person”, organized and not afraid to take on a leadership position.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Work with dealers to order products
  • Help customers with questions about products, scheduling and more
  • Use POS system to track financial information
  • Analyze sales and assist with implementing new policies, marketing strategies, promotions, etc.

Position Requirements

  • Managerial Experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to commute to showroom
  • Experience in a retail setting
  • High level organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
