Sales Manager for Hot Tub & Swim Spa Stores in Raleigh & Durham, NC
Epic Hot Tubs is a newly opened hot tub, swim spa, sauna and swimming pool dealer in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is driven to succeed and ready to help the company grow from the ground up. We are not a traditional retail store that’s just waiting for walk-ins. We are a modern sales company using modern sales techniques. We expect a sales manager to identify qualified contacts, create contact lists & email lists and contact them until they make a decision to buy or not.
The ideal candidate will be driven to set and meet sales goals, work well with a variety of people and have a constant desire to grow and create change.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with customers throughout the sale process and ultimately complete the sale
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email and text messaging using company CRM
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Work with dealers to order products
- Assist with sales analysis and formulation of policies, promotions and sales strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows and other events
- Educate our clients about our products and competitive advantages
Position Requirements
- 2 Years Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
- Managerial Experience is a plus, but not preferred
- Knowledge of our products (hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, swimming pools) or willingness to learn
- Must be able to commute to showroom
- High level organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
