Return and Refund Policy

The customer might return any stock product to Epic Hot Tubs (EHT) within 30 days. Customized and special orders are absolutely not returnable or refundable.

EHT charges 25% restock fee for returned items.

EHT charges an additional $1,000 for cleaning to prep the product for resale on a second hand market.

The customer is responsible to send the product back to a EHT warehouse in the same condition as it was received. EHT will send the address to its most convenient warehouse location when the return request was initiated.

If EHT needs to pickup the product from the customer location, there will be an additional shipping charge to take the product back to the appropriate warehouse.
